Girls Varsity Soccer · 2020 Trenton Trojans Girls Varsity ⚽️Roster “The Seniors” Part 1

3yr letter winner Senior Raquel Fields

Her favorite memory of playing for Trenton:

“My favorite memory was my sophomore year, our game against Norte Dame Prep. It was raining really hard, so we had a rain delay and we look over and Mike was brooming the field”

Her favorite win

“It was also sophomore year against Woodhaven when we won 2-1 with 3 secs left”

Raquel had this to say to her Trenton Trojan Teammates

“To all my fellow workhorses, I am so proud of you girls and so excited to see what you girls will do in the future”

Coaches Words on Raquel:

“A player who works the whole match, she never stops! It always looks like TT has 10 #13’s on the pitch. Raq’s work rate drives the tempo of her teammates”

4yr letter winner Senior Captain Zoe Hornauer

Her favorite memory and win while playing for Trenton:

“Beating Country Day and Notre Dame Prep at home Sophomore year”

Zoe had this to say to her Trenton Trojan Teammates: “ Thank you to all my teammates and especially my other seniors for making these last four years memorable and pushing me to be my best. Goodluck to next years team and Goodluck to the graduating girls on whatever the next chapter of their life holds! Love you all!”

Coaches Words on Zoe:

“Programs and winning traditions are built on leaders on and off the field. When Zoe accepted being a team captain, she knew that her focus was not only on herself and being ready for the season. She was also in charge of helping getting others ready and did a great job at it”

4yr letter winner Senior Kelsey Montroy

Her favorite memory of playing for Trenton:

“Were all the bus rides to away games and listening to the pregame playlist with the girls”

Kelz had this to say to her Seniors:

“Thank you to my seniors for always having fun with me on the field, love you guys so much!”

Coaches Words on Kelsie:

” Kelz has that rare ability to change the tempo of a game. She will do whatever in the game that the team needs to get the tempo on her teams side. Her greatest skill is her ability to positively impact a whole team”

4yr letter winner Senior Captain Brooke Honeycutt

Her favorite Trenton soccer memory:

“Every year all the bonds you get to make with the girls.

Her favorite win:

“Last year’s district win against Riverview”

Brookes note to her teammates:

Coaches Words on Brooke:

” A player who will work 80×120 yards to help her team win! Brooke’s work rate on the field, leadership and focus off the field impacts the whole team. Her ability to change the whole momentum in her teams favor at any second”
