Senior Michael Wolsek was named All-American by the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association. He earned this honor by posting one of the top 100 butterfly times in the nation this season going 49.65. During Michael’s career at Trenton High School he has taken 4 of the individual varsity records and was a part of 1 relay record. Michael took the 200 free down going 1:42.72, the 50 free going 21.08, the 100 butterfly going 49.65, and the 100 Free going 47.60. He was a part of the 400 free relay this year going 3:16.11 along with Enrique Alcantar, Caden Westrate, and Spencer Boiling-Hamer. Michael has been a leader his whole career. Michael was named captain by his teammates and coaches his senior year because of his leadership skills. He pushes others with motivational talks and giving 100 percent with everything he does. Michael will be moving on this fall to swim at Wayne State University. The Trenton Swim Community is very proud of all of his accomplishments and wishes him the best of luck!
