Trenton boys' varsity wrestling finished 6^th place out of 23 teams Saturday(1/10/26) at the Orange & Blue Classic in Lincoln Park with 126.5 points. Southgate was 1st, Saline 2^nd and Monroe Jefferson 3rd. 7 boys placed with Brock Culpepper-12 placing 1^st at 215 lbs. Going 4-0 on the day. He is now 31-0 with 24 falls. 3 wrestlers placed 3rd- 106-Lucas Calallero-9, 132-Cole Scrimenti-11 and 144- Blake Scrimenti-11. James Harrison-12 138 placed 5^th and Elijah Benskey-11 113 placed 6th.  Good job wrestlers! We wrestle in a Downriver Quad on Wednesday at Allen Park taking on Allen Park and Lincoln Park. Saturday, we wrestle in a tournament at Lakeland H.S. Evelyn Rennie-11 100 went 2-2 at the tournament in Fowlerville and Trenton placed 40th out of 54 schools. The girls will be wrestling at Groves H.S. on this coming Friday at 5:00. JV boys placed 17^th out of 24 schools Saturday at Garden City. Luis David-10 placed 2^nd at 126 and Justin Vazquez-11 157 placed 4th.
