The Varsity Softball team traveled to Allen Park on Tuesday to take on the Jags who are currently ranked 6th in Division 1.

The Game on Tuesday lived up to all the hype and the fans got to see a great performance by both teams.  Both Pitchers were hitting spots all day and the both gave their teams chances to win.  Hannah Feijoo was in the circle for the Trojans and she went all 6 innings and gave up just 7 hits and 2 earned runs. Hannah did not walk a single batter in the game.

The offense was led by London Williams who had two home runs in the contest and had 3 RBIs. Maggie Krohn was 2-3 in the contest and Analy Guth had the only other Trojan hit.  Maggie was on bass in all three at-bats as she also reached base on an error.

The Trojans found themselves down 5-4 in the last inning when Maggie Krohn hit a two-out two-strike double off the top of the center field fence.  The Trojans next batter hit a hard-line drive that was caught to end the game.

London Williams now has  14 home runs on the season and broke the Trojans career home run record by hitting #26 and #27.  She was tied at 25 with  Colleen Whaley who hit 25 home runs between  1976-1979.

The Trojans will be home tomorrow @4pm for senior night as we honor our 8 seniors from the class of 2024.
