In a rematch of 2023 regional semi-finals, Trenton came out and won again!

Kate Haveman scored twice in the 12th minute and 23rd minute with assists from Alyssa Berger and Lilly Mulford. Divine Child found the back of the net in 36th minute to make the score 2-1. That was all the goals in the match in 1st half and it stayed the same to finish the game.

Both teams had good chances in the 2nd half, but both goalkeepers answered the call to keep the score line the same. Trenton’s GK Leila Gorno made 2 great saves and the backline play of Lilly Mulford, Kira Johnson, Miya Severino, Audrey Gerou and Elle Dolson made many great tackles to hold the win.

It’s playoff soccer, so the win takes Trenton to the Regional Finals (Elite 8) to take on Marian for the Regional Mitten!

June 7th at 6pm vs Marian at Divine Child.
