Wrestling Open Mats: Starts October 9^th and goes on every Monday and Wednesday from 2:30- 4:00 in the mat room until the 1^st official day of practice on Monday November 11th, 2024.  All students are welcome to participate; however, must have a physical on file in the athletic office. 

NOTE:  Week of 10/14 conditioning will run from 4:00-5:30 pm
