This past Saturday, our senior girls Marisa Chuey and Devyn Dorey competed in the Division 2 State Finals at Michigan International Speedway. In her third appearance of her career, Marisa had both her best finishing place and time at the state meet, finishing in 60th of 261 runners with a time of 19:29. Devyn finished 112th overall and ran her best time of the season, 20:11, getting faster and faster with every mile. Both girls ran extremely smart and strong races to top off their cross country careers, and the coaches couldn't be happier with their growth and performance over their four years with the team.
