The JV girls began the season vs. non-league for St. Mary's Catholic, losing by a score of 23 - 29.  We had some early butterflies to start the game and were held scoreless in the first quarter.  After the slow start, the girls began to play better basketball and we closed the gap with SMCC.  It was back and forth for much of the second half, but too many fouls on our part stopped our comeback efforts.
