The Michigan middle school swim and dive season came to an end at Battle Creek Lakeview High School this past weekend. Arthurs had eleven (11) swimmers and four (4) divers compete in the state meet. There is no team championship. Here are the results.

In the girls' portion of the meet, Sofia D'Alimonte took first place in the one (1) meter diving. Also competing in the diving was Sloane Cannon who finished 12th and Emma Amezcua finished 11th.
In the swimming portion, Charlotte Cheney finished 4th in the 200 Yard Freestyle and 6th in the 100 Yard Freestyle.  In the 200 Yard Medley Relay, Victoria Lear, Adrianna Fowle, Louisa Tait and Charlotte finished 30th. The same four (4) swimmers finished in 21st place in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay

In the boys portion of the meet, Simon Durbin placed 12th in the diving.  In the boys' swimming portion of the meet, Jonathan Simoneaux took 26th place in the 50 yard Freestyle and 23rd in the 100 Yard
Freestyle. Carter Street finished 21st in the 50 Yard Freestyle. Kye Clancy finished 22nd in the 100 yard Backstroke. In the 200 Yard Medley Relay, Kye Clancy, Jonathan Simoneaux, Carter
Street and Benaiah Barnard finished 21st. In the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, Benaiah Barnard, Leo Hagaman, Lucas. Perdue and Alex Rodriguez finished 25th. In the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay, Jonathan Simoneaux, Kye Clancy, Alex Rodriguez and Carter Street finished 19th.

All of the divers and swimmers had season best performances at the meet. Congratulations to all of them on a great MISCA Meet and a very successful swim and dive season.
